How do I book an appointment?

What if my dog doesn’t like being groomed?

I am experienced in working with nervous or fidgety dogs. I use patience, positive reinforcement, and a calm environment to make grooming as stress-free as possible. If your dog has extreme grooming anxiety, we can discuss options to help ease the process.

How much do your grooming services cost?

Every pup is unique, which means pricing can vary. Instead of one-size-fits-all rates, I base my pricing on a few important factors, including:

• ⏱️ Time Required – Some pups need extra time due to size, coat type, or behavior.

• 🐾 Coat Condition – Matted, tangled, or very dirty coats require additional care and product.

• 🐶 Temperament – Anxious or energetic dogs may need more time and patience.

• 🐕‍🦺 Breed-Specific Styles – Intricate or detailed cuts require extra precision.

Because of this, prices are customized to your pup’s individual needs. For the most accurate quote, I encourage you to text or email me a photo of your pup and I’ll be happy to provide a personalized estimate.

Are there any additional charges?

Yes, extra charges may apply for:

• Matted or impacted coats

• Excessive grease or dirt

• Special handling or extra care

• Aggressive behavior

• Significant coat growth (more than 8 weeks between grooming)

 Do you offer discounts for multiple pets?

Unfortunately, I do not offer discounts for multiple pet households.

 Do you groom cats?

No, I do not groom cats at Hot Dog Grooming. I do offer referrals if you are having trouble finding a cat groomer.
